so, for several weeks now i have been spending my time on facebook (again). time well spend in my opinion, since it helps me think (and learn not to), view awesome art work, read about others struggles and victories. i believe art reflects the inner workings of an artist (if they are an artist and not a craftsman) and have found that several artists choose to be both- artist and craftsman- to make a living. many questions remain, like what is the future of digital art as an (art) object, and how to get your work out there....i will take 2 shows down next week, excited to work on some of the works that are coming back (nothing is done until it's done), and take inventory.
i will limit my facebook attendance and get back into the studio, i think it's time to get on with it.
