Dreaming of molecules that use free floating electrons from the air

I was dreaming of a ultra thin monitor that can be mounted on canvas/or framed. it is coated with electrosensitive molecules that use free floating electrons from the air and activate the surface, allowing it to display the digital work in all it’s glory (no slide show, only one image. No cords or electricity needed)

Enough dreaming…now how to find the optimal way to display art in digital media (by the way some artists use the encaustic method and merge the paper with the wax)
