looking at the fine art america site. ever so often i participate in contests- (rarely). well my flowers got several votes in the impressionist category...that made me wonder...is there a certain age group that likes impressionism? or is it a timeless sense of "seeing" and thinking?
how does a 20 year old feel about impressionism? does it touch them or are they observers?
at my last exhibit, the new "Toy" series, one teenager just coulnd't get enough of my work...
can't wait to work more on art, not promo and prep, wonder what will happen....i like impressionism, but i have always been a post expressionist.
BUT just picked up another show= 3 total in nov/dec, time to pull it together and enjoy the ride
