sabotage- throwing a wooden shoe

so- ever heard the phrase "self sabotage"? most creative people that put their heads out there have experienced it :)

..you throw in the wooden shoe that stops the machine from working properly. you do everything to make it not work. unfortunately the "it" is what you have been working on.
well, i really don't want this to happen again.
